Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in Orlando. The venue was stunningly beautiful, it had amazing staff and location.
Good location and rooms, a very good stay at a universal owned hotel. Lovely pool, parking in front of the venue.
The venue's position was central. The hotel was a superb base for enjoying a nice area.
The lobby was nice with AFFABLE staff. The breakfast had lots of options: yoghourt, toast and eggs.
It was a very nice stay, colourful place. It had variety of meals for breakfast, including yoghourt, eggs and toast. Everything was good, well-kept and non-smoking room on ground floor. Incredible service, although a few employees were not very helpful: D
Really really nice experience, fantastic base for vacation. The breakfast had plenty of toast, yogurt and eggs. The location was ideal, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Efficient staff provided an outstanding service.

Little hotel, I really enjoyed its central location close to the park and a Starbucks. I was met by pleasant and welcoming staff at the lobby.
everything was brand-new, especially helpful staff and easy location. bed was very soft, room was warm and updated. nice customer service too. the restaurant was great, i tried quality dishes.

Hip new place to stay while in Orlando. I liked it, the hotel is fairly clean, has fantastic staff and food. Found in a good area. The bathroom was best & the bedroom was comfortable. Nice interior, nice restaurant.

Everything was fine, liked our really good stay. The bed was comfortable, the room was neat and impressive on the 1st floor.
